Mandala is an indian art form used to healing people.The core ofany mandala designs is the circle .You are not need to use specific colors or materials to create your mandala art, but you just let your feelings,instincts and inner voice use through the entire creative process.

 

Decide What Art Materials You Need

You will first require to select your art materials. I am giving you some ideas to help you get started. You can use any markers, watercolors, Acrylic colors, oil pastels, colored pencils, oils, kids colors etc. You will also require a piece of paper, canvas, clothes,poster board, etc to draw. I would suggest to draw circle with radius 12” using compass. you can use any round object like a cup, a pan, a paper plate or anything else that will help you draw circles.

 

Let Your Feelings & Emotions Inspire You

There are no rules with regard to create mandala designs. You don’t have to use only circles, though your art you can create any object and create a pattern of a circular design. Mandala designs used to let your feelings comes out. If you are in depression this kind of similar pattern will help your mind to occupy and it will not think anything else.

Your finished mandala will represent, who you are at the time of creation.
